Decent catering but can be better. Firstly, the food do not seem to be warm when they arrived about 40 minutes too early. They seemed to have been cooked way earlier as well.

Fried Mee Sua and Salted Egg Pork Cutlet were both soggy. Also, Scallop ... More Kai Lan were replaced with broccoli. There is a reason why I chose Kai Lan because it is a different vegetable from the broccoli. We threw out almost the entire dish because my family all do not eat broccoli. We would have ordered broccoli if we actually wanted to eat them which is not the case. Would have appreciated if this was conveyed to us if Kai Lan was out of stock. We would have chosen another vegetable that we actually eat.

Food quality for the rest was good and quantity sufficient. Need to ensure the food is warm and the correct dishes are given. Given it is the first day of CNY, Cuisine Queen could have done a lot better to maintain a standard that echoes the good reviews I have read. Not the case.
