Food is good. Delivery service is beyond saving at some days

First day of the tingkat service they already cock up. Food came past 8.45pm close to 9pm with my daughter crying for food. I'm beyond pissed on the first day. The delivery guy came late but was staring daggers at me. Delivery was late and maggot ... More staring daggers at me? Complained to Yassin contact and delivery improved slightly the next day.

So after passing the 10days tingkat. I decided to extend for another 20days tingkat... Again they messed up again. Delivery went passed 8.30pm. This time Yassin contact was unreachable as it was a Friday night. No response or nothing. So we thought no service for the day. Cooked our own food for the night. Next day while we about to leave home we found sour smelling food hanged at our door. No doorbell no knocks. What a waste of food. Yassin came back on Monday and told us that delivery is outsourced.

My POV is that I subscribed to you as a full service. I'd expect food to be delivered on time regardless if outsourced. Yassin needs to maintain all levels and not just the quality of food. Even till today i still get food past 7.30 on some days. Needs improvement

Food wise i love the food. Taste and quality most of the days spot on. Just a poorer review this time around for service. Anything past 7pm is a fail on delivery standard to me.
