Overall, the buffet is value for money, I am stating some feedbacks for the caterer to improve on so that we might have a better experience the next time we order again.

Setup:
+ it is good that the vendor checks for feedback and opinions on the ... More setup throughout the setup.
- Noticed that there is 2 hour difference between cook time and buffet arrival (10am cooked, 12nn arrived), I don't have experience on buffets, but my personal opinion is that this time difference expecially when printed out at the buffet table seems to drop some confidence in food freshness quality
- my buffet is slated for 12nn but noticed out of the 20 stools I rented, 15 were dirty with sticky stains on the stool (suspect from previous buffet) I had to clean and wipe them myself with a cloth personally.
- Only some dishes comes with ladle or tweezers, my guests end up having to queue to have a go at the dishes, I believe this queueing time can be improved if every dish had their own ladle/tweezers so that the bottleneck will not be at the utensils.

Food:
+ Ginger duck, 2nd time ordering this, it still taste nice but some say not as nice as the 1st time.
+Yam Paste w/ Coconut Milk, all my guests like this and find it nice to have it in a bugget.
+Fried beehoon, nothing to complain about
- Curry chicken, 2nd time ordering this, some say it doesn't taste as nice as the 1st time, I feel that it is still ok
- Braised Pork w/ Bun, 2nd time ordering this, not a fan of this, but guests feedback this time round doesn't taste as nice as the 1st time, and the braised pork slices are not as even as last time, heh
-Sotong you tiao/ prawn dumplings, I am fan of fried food, i find that both of these items are not as crunchy and feel like have been left outside for long time, i believe it will be difficult to have these items tasting crunchy for catered buffet style, but definitely i am sure these items will taste much better left cruncy so i am leaving this challenge to the caterer to see if they are able to make their fried items taste nicer by ensuring their crunchiness.
-Kailan w/ Mushroom, i find the kalian pieces a bit too big size, at the end of the buffet i am still left with quite a lot, i believe if baby kalian or smaller bite size kalian leaves are used, guests will find it more appetising and easy to portion out.


Drinks:
+ As we all know, many occasions drinks are the 1st to go in a buffet, but not this time, the caterer ensure aplenty of fruit punch to go around for the buffet so that it is able to last till the end (4h later).
