Delivery man service was awesome, efficient, friendly and polite. Food portion for chicken chop and fishballs were pathetic but rice, veg were rather oversupplied in my opinion. Xiang Catering can consider to proportion more evenly. Orange squash ... More were very diluted. Guest commented prawn not fresh hence mainly leftover were rice, veg, blanc tofu and prawn. One thing I dislike is the plastic cover despite ordering full buffet set up. The plastic covers melted and deformed. It’s rather unpleasant sight but I’m left with no choice because the birds keep hovering around the food
