"Fair value, damn good food and service!"

Stamford has thoughtfully prepared everything for us. From cutleries, to self heating packs container, plates, serviette, dessert scoop, trashbags, tablecloth (you name it) which is a plus, because base on our past experience with other caterers, ... More these items are not provided. You literally can hold your party in the middle of nowhere and still have everything you need to feed the crowd. The food are generally all above expectation and very tasty. Deep fried food arrived still in crispy condition and no soggy at all. Chilled honeydew sago super dang good! Price wise, it's not the cheapest out there, because although it's advertised as a 9 course meal, in actual, only 7 are food items. The other 2 are just desserts and can't really fill your stomach. As a result, the food portion feels just enough and most people can't really go for a second helping which is a pity. All in all, will definitely return in the future although now i know we have to order slightly more to make up for the shortfall of the food portion.
