  1. What happens after I place the order?
    • Gift Cards to recipients
      After the payment has been made on FoodLine, we will SMS and email you a link to the gift card delivery system. The system will enable you to fill in your recipient's mobile number or email address depending on your preference. Next, using the system, you will be able to send the gift cards to your recipients via SMS, Email or both.
  2. How does the Gift Card work?
    These gift cards are accepted at any of the 205 F&B outlets in Malaysia. Your recipients can use the gift card as cash voucher at participating F&B outlets. The gift card must be presented for redemption via walk-in to any participating store. View redemption locations for the participating stores.
  3. How does the FoodLine 110% Satisfaction Guarantee for Gift Cards work?
    Our Gift Cards continue to please our customers, and we would like to offer a 110% satisfaction guarantee to you. If your recipients do not like the FoodLine Gift Cards, return them to us, and we will refund you 110% of the purchase value.
    Terms:
    • Your recipient does not like the Gift Card
    • Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of date of purchase
    • Refund amount is capped at RM2,000
    Steps to seek refunds:
    • Email to sales@foodline.sg with the subject "Unhappy with gift cards. Refund 110% of Gift Card value"
    • Provide us with the serial numbers on the Gift Cards
    • The refund to your bank account will take 5 – 7 working days.
  4. Can my recipients combine 2 or more Gift Cards for their order?
    Yes! Gift Cards are stack-able and cash top up is allowed if the item your recipient wishes to redeem is of higher value.

    Example: Your recipient has a RM10 Gift Card and a RM20 Gift Card and wishes to redeem a RM31.60 item in store. Top up will be RM1.60 (RM31.60 - RM10.00 - RM20.00 = RM1.60).
  5. What is the validity period of the Gift Cards?
    The Gift Cards are valid for 6 months counting from the purchase date. No extension of Gift Cards is allowed once the gift card has expired.
  6. Is there a minimum order?
    No. There is no minimum order required. You can order as few as 1 Gift Card.
  7. What are the current promotions?
    From now till end of the month, for purchases over RM200, you will receive a 5% discount. For purchases above RM400, you will enjoy a greater discount of 5% + 5% off on the Gift Cards. Hurry.
  8. How do I make payment?
    Payment can be done online using the above form.
  9. In an order, can I order different Gift Cards?
    Yes! Feel free to mix and match the Gift Cards!
  10. Can I use my FoodLine (FL) Points to purchase the Gift Cards?
    Yes, you can! FL Points can be claimed up to 10% of the order amount, capped at RM100.
  11. For the cakes which can be exchanged, are my recipients required to order the cakes in advance?
    Majority of the merchants do not require advance ordering but for those who do, please check redemption items & locations.
    Kindly call the merchants to enquire about availability to avoid disappointment.
  12. Who are the merchants my recipients can redeem the cakes from?
    Please refer to the redemption locations for details.
  13. Can I exchange for cash using the Gift Card?
    Like most other gift cards, the Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be replaced if lost or damaged. Any unused value will not be refunded and will be forfeited.

    Yes, if you would prefer to pay in advance perhaps due to personal preferences or budgeting needs or any other reasons, we will be happy to do that.
  3. Could the gift cards be sent out automatically on a particular date, e.g., for the purpose of celebrating my member’s birthday?
    Yes, the gift cards can be scheduled ahead to be sent on the date which you wish. However, for the physical vouchers, we will advise against it as there is a risk of delay from the postage.
  4. Could our logo/ brand / event be shown on the gift card to our clients or members?
    Yes, we can show your logo/ brand/ event as part of the design within the gift card. Requires minimum order size of $10,000, and 1 - 2 weeks of notice. Simply email us at sales@foodline.my
