They were able to confirm the cake within the next working day & called to double confirm the cake and the details that would be on the cake (e.g name on cake). It was easy to ... More contact them & special thanks to Azura for going out of her way to help me with this cake. There were so many designs to choose from but I thought I’d choose the elegant rainbow themed cake. Taste was great too. It was beautiful already at first glance. The colours were uniform & the rainbow ‘candy’ stood out from the rest. The sponge cake itself was soft & fluffy and the cream was a tad too much so it was hard to cut it because it got abit too messy but it was overall ok & gave the cake some extra texture. Everyone loved it! 1/2kg was more than enough for 10 children or small bellies I would say! On the collection day I had to wait a little as the customer service officer helped me retrieve it. To cut time, it would be better to call them when you are nearing so they can prepare it, 2-3 mins away. Overall, I would definitely choose this baker again for their efficient work & tasty cake! For parents looking for a great cake for their kiddo you can consider them.
