Very pretty cake and fresh fruit fillings. The message was written directly on the cake as per my request.

However, the staff advised me to store the cake in the fridge (not freezer) right till when it is ready for cake cutting. As a result, the ... More cake was still quite stiff and frozen even though it was not stored in the freezer.

Not bad for the price. It is not very sweet, which is to my likings. the white cream was abit too much for me but im a cream hater maybe thats why i didnt rly like the amount of cream. But my family do love the cake. My advice is to collect the cake ... More one day before the event and put in your own chiller to defroze the cake. I collected the cake on the day and even though I was outside for 4hrs, the inside of the cake was a bit too cold and hard.

The cake looks nice, however the cake itself is always quite frozen. Previously when I bought a cake from this supplier, after around 30 mins, it is still kind of frozen and hard to cut. This time, after putting in the fridge (not freezer) for a few ... More hours and taking it out after, it is still quite difficult to cut.
A comment from my dad about the cake was that the sponge cake itself looked quite rough like bread, not smooth with smaller air bubbles like how a cake should be.
There were lots of cut fruits inside the cake, which was quite nice.

Cake is soft and nice in general. Color & presentation doesn't look as nice as depicted in the website. It is so weird that the bday message is not written on a separate card and place on top of the cake but written at the bottom on the cake ... More cardboard base. Seller is kind to accommodate the requests on the number of the candles.

Tiramisu was moist and light at the same time. It was a pretty cake and we love the packaging as well!

Really pretty cake. Was so happy to see the cake when we self collected them from the shop. The cale is very soft and moist too. Will buy again from Divine Artisan.

Pretty cake, sweetness just nice but sponge cake is dry. Delivery service can be better if arrange call prior to delivery date/time.

Cake wise, the cake is very pretty and tasty. Like the fresh cream with lots of lychee. Would have been better if I'm told that i have to leave the cake out to defrost tho as we had a hard time cutting the cake. Love the lemon meringue tarts; the ... More meringues are creamy and the lemon sourness is just right. Would have prefer if they are bigger size tho; they are like the size of fifty cents coin... 1pc is simply not enough!

Location wise, while the building is easy to find, the unit is not. I wouldn't know that unit 16 is not between unit 15 and 17, nor would i know that i have to go to cook food section and not raw food section.

Service wise, I'm not given very good direction on how to find the unit when i called them. Then I'm now showed the items before they packed them like how it's done at a cake shop. Then I'm not told that the cake is frozen and needed defrosting before eating. Guess that's why they don't have a retail shop with service staff. Chose to collect as the delivery charges is too high for a cake (25% of the cake).
