For a 120pax food, only 1 candle (warmer) was used which was totally useless! The quality of food was so bad that I received so many bad remarks from my guests. ... More 1) Fish fillet with lemon sauce: it was mainly flour than any fish you can find, and the texture was very tough. 2) Nonya curry chicken: super oily and chicken parts were all breast meats and tough too. 3) Seafood fried rice: hard and lumpy. 4) You tiao salad: supposed so be chewy since it's fried, but came soggy even at the start. This is the worst caterer I have ever ordered from and will definitely not recommend to anyone.
