When i said no since my party has a timeline and i need to cut cake by 8pm, they say to be ready by 6.15pm. Though finally on the day of the party the buffet was setup on time, I felt that was rather unprofessional since my buffet has been confirmed with their staff earlier. They came really late to collect/tear down too, around 10.30pm when they were suppose to come at 9.30pm.
