(Setup time was 4-5pm, because guest coming at 5pm). He blamed it on the office stating that the buffet is from 4-6pm only. I appreciated that the setup guy in the end managed to get the 2nd set of tables (for my 2nd set of buffet), but while I agreed that he can come and collect at 9:30pm (ahead of the 10pm agreed timing on the invoice), he came at 9:10pm and wanted to start clearing. Good value, but perhaps I'm unlucky to meet with food item that was unavailable and not so professional setup team. Hope that customer service will improve on future orders.
