That was the only positive thing about it. For the negative review: The caterer did not provide any ladle or scoop for us to take the food and I was not inform ... More beforehand. The whole lunch has to be delayed as I have to go look for scoops, really unacceptable. Goyza was too spicy and not crispy. Fish was too dry and tasteless. The rest was pretty average (considering cheesy ball and fried bee hoon and rice). if I have to rate one best dish, I think curry chicken would be it. Foodline informed me to contact Ecreative if I didn't recieve the confirmation the next day. I called Ecreative and the staff said will send me the invoice at the end of the day but they didn't. I called 3 times ... More and every time they failed to do what they said. Only when I called foodline to cancel the order then they send me the invoice. However, they only delivered food for 30 persons instead of 35 persons. I requested for refund of the charges for 5 persons. Foodline said eCreative will contact me within 7 days. But I didn't recieve any reply from ecreative. I am disappointed with both foodline and ecreative. As I ordered foodline through foodline, foodline failed to follow up my order and my claims.
