They didn't have enough tables for the full buffet line set up and had to borrow our portable table to place the desserts and drinks. No dessert spoons and food covers were provided. The table cloths for the tables were also set up messily. Initially they couldn't even find a lighter to light up the fire for the buffet line. I would say, the only saving grace was that my guests enjoyed the food.
