Mee siam in a 1/3 separate container. below 2/3 is the gravy bag. Every guest need to open own plastic bag, pour the mee siam & gravy into container. - Mee siam can be separately pack. Suggest should put all Gravy in a big container, not plastic bag, easier for heat-up and guests to scoop into their mee siam. 2) 10 buns+10 slices of pork, 1 each.
