Perhaps, the caterer can think of a different way to deliver fried rice for 50 people. Instead of squeezing all the rice in a large aluminium container, customers can have an option for the rice to be delivered in a large thermos food container after which they have to return to the caterer. In general, I am satisfied with the caterer and will not mind ordering from them again in future. I may want to order a different menu from them.
