This is embarrassing. 2) I have informed the sales before confirming the order, that my event is from 1pm to 5pm. Requested the keeping of buffet can be after 7pm and was acknowledged. Apparently, the delivery guy came to my event venue at about 4.45pm and wanting to keep the catering. After some negotiation, the catering was kept at 5.15pm to "accommodate" Roonie Kitchen.
