She told us 5 more minute, then call back again to say car broke down. Need 15 more minutes. The food finally arrived at almost 6pm. One of the rare few caterers that have a lower minimum pax allowance. However! Service from their sales coordinator and team needs tons of improvement: 1) Order confirmed 4th, only ... More received invoice on 10th Jan, and only after repeated calling. Each time either the coordinator is not around, or whoever picked up will tell me they will call back, but no sound no picture. There was even once person A said she went out for lunch, then when I call back again, person B says she is on half day leave. Credit card payment link is sent separately as well, and this took 1 more day to arrive n again, after repeated calling (by then it was alrdy 4 days before my event). Saving grace is their SENIOR coordinator is much better and more responsive. 2) Time for buffet to be ready set at 1100hrs, as party begin 1130hrs. Setup team reached there at 945am and finished setup by 1015am. By then all the food already cold. I would say ask for a more senior coordinator if you are able, or see your luck if you wanna engage this caterer. If you are particular, Id suggest going for another.
