Big and crispy ... More without the oiliness. Chilli crab sauce for the sauteed prawn is on the nutty side. Nonya style baked chicken is flavourful (spicy) but a little too salty for most of my guests. Portion is on the small side too. Soon kuehs tasted pretty good. Hong Siew tofu portion and Vietnamese spring rolls is pretty normal. Caterer can be more generous with the mixed cocktail for the agar agar (3 small pcs) in each cup. Overall happy with this order.
