I ordered the catering for 30 people, but there was only half a tray of chicken curry, and some dishes such as platters were only enough for 10 ... More people, which was a bit disappointing. Most of their dishes are half a tray but for 30pax?! The only dish with too much was the rice and the vegetables were a bit undercooked and bland. Overall i think for the price we paid, we should at least have the right amount of food for our guests. I even thought they gave me the wrong order when they were setting up cos i ordered from a few caterers before, and this amount is probably good for 20 people. It is cny so we didn’t want to make a fuss about it. They gave the rice that could feed 50paxs but dishes are good for 20paxs. We wasted more than half the tray of rice. Fortune abalone imperial treasure pot - the quantity was pathetic and it was spoilt as well, couldn't be consumed. Broccoli and cauliflower - raw and couldn't be eaten. Prawns with oats - prawns were not fresh Sweet and sour sea bass - fish was not fresh. We ended up ordering from KFC to top up the food. Reviewed on 15th Feb 2024 Verified Purchase Delivery set at 530pm when order, but XYP called and say will be late for 1hr when confirm my order. Actual delivery on that day was at 8pm. so it was 2.5hr late. Some guest even left before food was delivered. Food wise, 1) Pineapple fried rice ... More turn sour 2) Broccolli partial is sour 3) Curry become bubble after a while(spoil) Without main(Rice), and 2 other sides, basically the buffet is nothing. Complain to XYP, and was only offered about 15% of refund! And the management do not want to explain further, its either take it or leave it! If you cant maintain the standard during CNY, then don't offer your service to consumer. If you can't handle logistic issue during festive season, then its your company issue and you cannot expect consumer to be understanding when your food was delay 2.5hrs and result in food turn sour!
