"Decent Food for the Price, Service Level can be improved."

The food was homely and decent and price was affordable. Variety was not a lot but good enough for us. We had an issue of no show on one of the days and was not informed. Had to call to enquire and found out that the delivery van broke down. Sought ... More an extra day for replacement meal that didnt happen. Had to then call the caterer again to ask for the replacement meal to which it eventually was given to us. In terms of service recovery, i felt that it wasnt as good considering I had to take much of the initiative. So for price vs service, I would say i would rather go with a caterer that is more prompt.
