Delivery and service recovery was very bad. I ordered for 6pm. Initally seeing the reviews here I thought they would arrive early to set up but end up they reached 1 hour later. Didnt provide any compensation but only said that they can only delay ... More the pick up time. They were already late for an hour and yet still think that people will stay until 11pm lol. The mango pudding was pure inedible and it tasted weird. Most of the people feedback that the food was hard and not very kids friendly. Ordered the black forest cake but they cling wrapped until its not presentable. Ordered once back in 2019 and it wasnt as bad as this time round. Pls think twice before ordering from XYP.
