"Poor service at frontline"

I have been ordering lunch tingkat for the past few weeks for 2 person. Dishes are okay but a little on the salty side. But the service from their staff is far more desirable. On several occasions they delivered the wrong food item to me (4 dishes ... More with no soup or 1 portion rice when I ordered 2 or sometimes no rice delivered). I had to call their customer service to complain; it's either engaged or the person on the line doesn't speak proper English. The driver also quickly ran off after dropping the food - my maid cannot even catch him to pass him the payment.
Food is delivered very early at 1030 am for lunch. So I had to put in the fridge and reheat it almost everyday.
