"Avoid food line and this caterer at all cost"

Arranged for the food to be delivered around 6pm to 7pm, but the delivery came at 4.30 to 5pm instead

And when the food came it was already cold, at best lukewarm, so we had no choice but to prepare the food for reheating, and chilled the ... More desserts and mayo, when nearer to our cny dinner at 6pm

So we reheated using our own pots and pans and served them with our own plates and cutlery

BUT WE REALISED SOME OF THE ITEM HAS GONE Bad, the curry chicken has a stale and sour taste to it and the prawns had a rotten taste to it, and it was so bad we had to throw it out, the other items was OK but it wasn't enough for our crowd of 13 so we had to cook and airfry more stuff and messed up our kitchen. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering in when I had to go through all these problems of cooking

Understand that it's cny eve and they prob had many orders but still, delivering stale or spoilt food is unacceptable by any means....

Super disappointed with this food line and this caterer Xin Yi Pin Catering Pte Ltd . Advise anyone to buy from this catering company with caution if you don't want your CNY or any gatherings to be ruined and start off with a bad footing
