"The vegetable dishes are almost always undercooked "

The vegetable dishes are almost always undercooked (3-4 days of the 5 days). The cabbage in this picture is actually still crunchy! I like vegetables, but these are inedible most of the time.

Not sure what time the food is prepared but the one ... More time where there was a tofu dish, the tofu was already quite sour when i had my dinner at 6.40pm.

The only consolation is that the meat and egg dishes are really quite yummy, and my requests for no chilli and no fish with bones are always honoured.
