"Unreliable Tingkat Service"

What's worse than bad food? Not knowing if your meal will come. 1st day, food didn't come at all, I waited till 1:30 to check and VC said coming until 2:30 still didn't come although she said it did but no picture to proof. So VC said as ... More compensation extend for me another day. To me that's not a compensation because that's what I paid for 5 meals. 2nd day came at 12:30, phew. 3rd day came at 1pm. Acceptable. 4th day didn't come again when I checked with VC actually it came, but no one informed and it was hung outside my door with no notification. 5th day came about 1pm again. 6th day which is my compensation day didn't come again. The food is OK with small portion but I will definitely NOT use them again as it's too stressful. Actually by 6th day I already ate at 12 half expecting they won't come. Lo and behold I was right. So what's the point of ordering tingkat when I have to prepare my own lunch in case the tingkat doesn't come?
