My first and LAST time ordering!

This will be my first and last time ordering from this caterer!!!
Event was 6pm but food arrived more than 1 hour late and I’ve started calling from 6.25pm only to be told that they could not reach the driver and ask me to wait for their call. ... More When food finally arrived, they were all cold and look at the state of the eclair and cream puff!! All squashed and stuck together, can’t even be consumed and box was badly dented!! The tofu was also cold and turned sour.
I’ve lodge a complaint and the service guy informed will refund via PayNow but till now I’ve not received any confirmation.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for the unpleasant experience caused to you and your friend’s family. While the experience was by no means acceptable, we’ve looked into the matter and spoke to the relevant department.

As ... More spoken, we will be doing a refund for the Delivery charge and a 15% off the total bill.
