Ordered for CNY Eve Reunion Dinner with delivery scheduled at 4.00PM. Food finally arrived at 6.07PM, and were mostly cold and hard, hence affecting the taste. Multiple phone calls, whatsapp calls, whatsapp messages to various numbers went ... More unanswered, which is frustrating especially when you see that the party's whatsapp status is "online". The waiting experience was terrible for the whole family, especially we are unsure if we should just seek alternatives or not.
