"Late Delivery by 1.5hours, menus switched and no follow up."

Food was tasty (other than a try of burnt banana balls and mee siam that has gone bad) and display was nice but service is terrible.

Delivery was 1.5 hours late and when it arrives, the mee siam has gone bad. WORD did offer to send a fresh batch ... More but we declined since guests were hungry after the 1.5hr wait. Was given a refund of $50.

Two days after the event, when I was reviewing photos and chasing for the mee siam refund, I realised that two dishes were replaced without prior informing me - Chicken Mousse with Black Olive Canapé and mini rice kuehs were replaced with watermelon salad, chicken bits in black pepper sauce and fried fish balls.

Informed WORD of this but her reply was that I should have informed her on the spot (my mistake really, that i couldn't hold back my hungry guests for a further 10mins after the 1.5hr delay to check on the delivered food when is clearly so common for caterers to send things)

To make matter worse, after the initial denial that items were replaced, I was told that the items replaced are of a higher value and that Salad is an intercontinental dish (whatever this means).

It has been four days since she was supposed to return to me after checking with the kitchen but there was no news since.

Well, she has definitely hit the nail on the head by saying it's all my fault - ya, my fault really, for choosing WORD.
