I put in remark 'no cut chilli in all dishes as I saw cut chilli in photo for certain dishes. Staff from caterer was considerate enough to call me to confirm and inform chef not to put chilli for dishes that is spicy (Which I can't tell from the ... More description and picture)

Food arrived 30 min earlier in cooler bag (1st caterer that i came across to provide cooler bag to keep food warm)

Portion of food is good.

This is also the 1st caterer that i came across with shell removed for cereal prawn. No mess when eating.

Assorted vegetable was neither too hard nor too soft. Just nice!

Mushroom gyoza is unique and nice. Like 锅贴 but no pork. The fillings is vegetable. Should be own make. The vinegar dip is the type of vinegar for 锅贴. Finger licking good
