"Apple crumble tart tastes good, but was frozen at collection"

First time ordering their apple crumble tart ($27) through foodline. Taste of the food is good, but wasn't expecting it to come frozen. I thought I'd be getting it in a ready-to-eat form... xD

The lady originally whatsapp me to say that my order ... More would not be ready for collection at the requested time, because they were very busy with other orders. She tried asking whether I was okay with some other tart. Eventually, they acceded to my request for the apple crumble and managed to prepare my order. Perhaps this was the reason why I got the tart frozen (maybe they baked it a few days before and froze it for my requested collection date).
