"Overall acceptable"

Have requested by 4.30pm to set up and waited till almost 5pm before the man came to set up. They told me that I had changed the timing to 5.30pn for which I told them that I did not make such request at all. Braised pork and yam paste are too ... More sweet. Had actually requested them for less sweet, salt and oil in my order. Overall is still ok considered a busy month for the caterer.
