They delivered the wrong set of cupcakes and sent a 35pax set to my 55pax set. Only at collection time did they return with the balance cupcakes.
I can only imagine the horror if the messup was with a full dish instead of a FOC item. As this was a ... More FOC item, we did not rush them.

Kudos to the setup crew as they faced quite strong wind when setting up, balloon deco kept bouncing around and was requested to remove by me, setup looks good if it was at a "not strong wind" location.
