"Portions insufficient, poor experience, food very average"

I ordered for 90pax. We had 85 pax including staff at the lunch however I had to ask our 20 staff to refrain from taking any items first because the portions seemed only sufficient for 60 pax.

More than 90% of the food items apart from the rice ... More were all cleared before our staff had a chance to take food for themselves resulting in the staff having to purchase separate food for ourselves.

I attach pictures of the sausages, fish and chicken of which two trays were provided for each dish but clearly the portions provided are not sufficient for 90 pax.

Their staff followed up after I emailed them about this but justified their portions by saying they were adjusted accordingly. Will not recommend.
