"Fails to live up to reviews, especially with the price point"

The 5-day trial started off promisingly in the first 2 days. On the 3rd day, cheap processed hotdogs and canned baked beans were used. It went downhill from there. For a caterer that is charging higher than others who serve the same type of meals, ... More this was poor and unacceptable. Day 4 included a thoughtless dish to clear out the excess unused fishballs from caterer's weekend menu. Enough said. Customer service staff contacted me and I asked for brown rice, and he said will get it done. It was stiff white rice all the way. Poor. Little to no redeeming factors. Food came at 3:30pm then progressively earlier at 3:15pm even. A little too early for dinner.
