"Good food options, Tasty Dishes"

Plus points:
- Chris, the customer service exec, was highly communicative and helpful. He took feedback well and made immediate steps to improve delivery issues fro day 2 onwards. Thereafter, he made every effort to share info, provide status ... More updates, and even checked in before the end of the trial. Overall, Orange Lantern has a star customer exec in Chris.
- Food-wise, nothing to complain about. 90% of the dishes were up to standard, not oily, not salty, and tasty. Portion sizes mostly reasonable, although there was just 1 day when the portions were under-sized, but this is down to the server/packer.
- Good variety of dishes available, and cooking style and seasoning options are not the usual. Makes for happy tastebuds.

1 minor negative point:
- Vegetable options can be limited, but still cooked reasonably well.

1 point for future consideration:
- The price point for the trial package is considerably lower than the regular 10-days and 20-days packages. This is likely a strategy to win customers for the long term. This could be a minor drawback for those looking to renew.

Overall, we are very impressed with Orange Lantern. A rare 5-star rating from us. Well done!
