"Horrible experience"

Initially, my order was made on a monday, which was a public holiday off in lieu. My order was only accepted on wednesday after I contacted foodline chat services twice to query about the delay in the caterer accepting the order.

On the day ... More itself, the food arrived earlier than expected which wasn't a bad thing. But I'm not sure if it is because of the travelling time on the road or because the food arrived earlier and it was left sealed until the meal time started that caused the vegetable dish to become sour.
The broccoli and mushroom dish had a sour smell to it and upon tasting it, it was really spoilt, broccoli had a sour taste. Fyi, this dish was stated as recommended.
Called the caterer and was told that the kitchen was closed for the day. Was told to send a whatsapp to state the issue and that someone will get back to me on the next day, which was a sunday.
It wasn't until I sent a whatsapp again on sunday at 1134am before i received a call at 1210pm from one of the staff.

Summary, a refund for the veg plus some complimentary pastries will be send to me again. A followup call was supposed to be done for arranging the delivery of the pastries, but since sunday till now, I've not hear anything from the caterer, even after I've whatsapp my conversation with the staff to their phone number.

TBH, service recovery is very poor. The whole experience with this caterer left a very bad impression. Even if they were to follow up again, i will not recommend to order from them..
