"Baker of great rainbow cake with great service"

There was a mistake in the cake when we collected on Sunday Evening. Instead of the chocolate rainbow cake, a 7 inch rainbow cake was presented.

The Kind folks at the bedok branch help us to contact the person in charge who was very apologetic ... More and offered to resend the Chocolate rainbow cake to our home the following day.

When the cake was delivered the next morning, (thanks again for the effort to bake and deliver in such short notice) with another box of fruit tarts. A present surprise and well appreciated. The gesture makes us felt appreciated and that The Baker's does not just just brush away the issue but handled and recovered the issue really well.
