Liked the poached ginseng fresh prawns and abalone yusheng. The scallop although not crispy was the first to be finished. Find the snapper fillet a bit dry and the pumpkin milk sauce too little and too watery. The spicy lamb fillet quite ... More good . But disappointed with the rose & summer fruit dessert which tasted a bit strange and more like canned cocktail with rose buds.
