Some food was good but timing was off, cauliflower bad.

The food was prepared way too earlier, cauliflower came in bad/expired/smelled. Do not order that, or maybe get the catering to be done earlier instead of evening. The rest of the food was good and finished except for the cauliflower, totally wasted.
