Paid for stairway charges when ordering online but delivery man collected again when arrived. Even worst, forgotten to give us buffet cover for all the food. Called delivery man and said they have already hit the highway. Will require 1hr to return ... More and pass us the food cover. Delivery man called back 1hr later and tell us that they are unable to pass us food cover cause they have already started to collect the buffet tray from other customers already. I have no cover for all my food for that day. Even my guest kept asking me about it. So unprofessional and unhygienic. I ordered because of the review I saw online. This is totally unacceptable.
