Lemon add the sour taste that neutralizes the "fishy-ness" for many. Steam Egg with Crab cubes is another dish to be reckoned with. We all had steam eggs one time before, but adding the twist of crab cubes is brilliant. Mostly people add minced meat but this give the dish a new spin. Delicious.
