Nice set up and was earlier ahead of time. However the 1 of the dish was not delivered and they responded by sending it back at a later time due to the pack schedule. Suggestion would be the sauce could be separated for the fried chicken with plum ... More tangerine sauce as it become mushy very fast. The free "Yu Sheng" was of good proportion.
