Buffet setup 30min complete and handover on time. Food is not warm enough due to the water in the tray not heated up properly. After setup have to cover and wait awhile so food can warm up and serve warm for guest. Food is more than sufficient for ... More 40pax and added extra 4 course. Total 15 type of food. Important guest is happy with the food.
