Was doing 100 days for my twins hence ordered 70 pax.

Thai Style Pineapple Rice 泰式黄梨饭 - 7/10. Nice.
Fried Mee Siam 干炒米暹 - 7/10. Nice.
Fried Oat Prawn 麦片虾 - 7.5/10. Recommended.
Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet 酸甜鱼片 - 7/10. Nice.
Curry Chicken 咖喱鸡肉 - 8/10. Recommended.
Braised Pork w/ Bao 扣肉包 - 5/10. Bao was nice but meat was hard. Seems to be over cooked.
Luo Han Vegetable 罗汉素菜 - 7/10. Nice.
Sea Coconut w/ Longan 龙眼海底椰 - 6/10. Normal.
Fruit Punch 什果水 - 8/10. Recommended.
Duck w/ Sea Cucumber 海参鸭 +$4 - 6.5/10. Guest feedback sea cucumber very small pieces. Duck was cooked nicely.
Siew Mai - 7/10. Nice.

Overall, it’s a very valuable for money buffet spread. All food items were 2 trays with the exception of the main courses. My 50 over guests only managed to finish one tray of each item! Had a lot to dabao and 3rd, 4th helpings. Highly recommended for the value. Taste wise, kong bak was a bit too hard. The rest were ok. Would reccomend.
