Delivery was on time. All the food was heated except prawn paste chicken hence the food was cold and guest feedback that the chicken wings taste was not fresh.
The set up was fast ,portion is generous and service is good.
But the Braised Pork w/ ... More Bao 扣肉包 was savoury (太咸味) and the Sweet Yam w/ Ginko Nut is too sweeten. This are my humble feedback, hope to the caterer will take note of the above.
