My guests found that foods are quite salty and decent in general. Fried mee siam and rendang chicken were dried and hard in texture. The fried rice turned bad with sour smile within the 4 hours recommended consumption time ???? and it had to be ... More thrown away. Overall it was not a pleasant buffet package.
