"VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE no NO TIME MANAGEMENT foodline"

Food was good.
Service is not good AT ALL.
Request to set up 5pm as Guests arriving at 6pm. Was ensured more then 2 times regarding set up time.
Actual day, 5pm, no sight of food, Whatsapp the number given,
- 5plus, was told driver on the way ... More and ensured set up can be done by 6pm.

- 6pm, still no sight of cater, called the in charge, refuse to pick up but yet can reply me whatsapp. Was told driver is real close of reaching given by company GPS tracking. TOTAL call in charge 8times but did not pick up at all.

- Cater reached around 6.45pm.

What's worst, only 1 person to set up everything. Do remember my guests all arrived and asking why the food did not arrived yet. To get everything set up ASAP, even my FATHER and friends have to help uncle to carry the food, set up table to have the food be ready ASAP.

VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE no NO TIME MANAGEMENT. It's very embarrassed for me to have the guests all waiting for the food.
