"Good food but not heated enough"

Guests commented that food is good.
The provided warmers were not able to heat up the food even after 30-45mins.
The braised pork has a layer of congealed oil throughout the entire evening.
Yam paste is cool even though only eat it more than 1 ... More hour after setup.
Please consider putting 2 burners for each food tray.
Drinks provide was insufficient as the container was more than half-filled with ice. We bought bottled drinks to refill the drinks container to make use of the leftover ice.
Overall still had a successful event.
