Only 10 pairs of chopsticks were provided for the yusheng although we ordered the menu for 15 pax and the portion was clearly not adequate for the number of diners. Unfortunately the beef was tough and the fried rice could do with being less al ... More dente. The other dishes were generally fine. Scoring reflects some generosity on the part of the customer given the spirit of the festive season.
