Hence, we decided to try out their 8-day trial.

First, they missed out on our rice order. We had to cook rice in a hurry on ... More the first day. We called Kim Kitchenz to clarify. They apologized and said it was a backend error. In any case, we changed our mind on the rice order and decided to cook our rice on our own instead for the trial with them. On a good note, they refunded the rice cancellation.

Dish portions tended to be on the small side.

Several dishes were based on processed meats/ seafood, such as sausages and fish cakes.

Deep fried dishes, such as sweet and sour pork and chicken, were soggy upon delivery. They were also excessively covered in a thick layer of flour.
